DMun conference that we conduct in our school is an entirely student-driven activity. Our senior students, who also happen to be experienced MUNners- plan , organise and conduct it. While this clearly exhibits their leadership skills and hones their acumen in people-management, the participants in the conference, assimilate life-skills of communication & negotiation along with the knowledge of current affairs.
